Frontiers of Medicine 2018, Volume 12, Issue 3,   Pages 280-288 doi: 10.1007/s11684-017-0580-1

Abstract: However, few studies have investigated the genomic variations that occur only in normal tissues thatIn this study, we sequenced the whole genomes of three normal lung tissue samples and their paired adjacentof the normal lung tissues against that of the paired tumors, the reference human genome, the dbSNP138To expand these observations, the whole exome sequences of 478 counterpart normal controls (CNCs) andSixteen genomic variations were called in the three normal lung tissues.

Study on the Universality of the Normal Cloud Model

Li Deyi,Liu Changyu

Strategic Study of CAE 2004, Volume 6, Issue 8,   Pages 28-34

Abstract: The normal distribution is very popular in the nature and human society. The normal cloud models not only broaden the formation conditions of the normal distribution but alsomake the normal membership function be the expectation of the random membership degree. In this paper, the universality of the normal cloud model is proved, which is more superior and easier

Strategic Study of CAE 2011, Volume 13, Issue 4,   Pages 20-23

Abstract:

Normal distribution and heavy tailed distribution are very importantThe probability density function of normal distribution decay exponentially to 0.The majority of normal random variable values are around the mathematical expectation. The probability density function decays power exponentially to 0.In this paper, we proved that the normalThe parameter He(hyper entropy) of the normal cloud model is the bridge from normal distribution to heavy

Abstract: Here we present a new model that is capable of reproducing the properties of walking, normal and pathologicalDepending on the value of the factor present in the Rayleigh dissipation function, both normal and pathologicalFirst of all, we apply it in the normal gait and then in the permanent hemiparetic gait. There have been studies and simulations to show normal human gait, but few of them have focused on abnormalpredictions with gait measurements show that the model can reproduce the significant characteristics of normal

A microarray study of altered gene expression during melanoblasts migration in normal pigmented White

Yulin LI,Deping HAN,Junying LI,Dawn KOLTES,Xuemei DENG

Frontiers of Agricultural Science and Engineering 2014, Volume 1, Issue 4,   Pages 299-306 doi: 10.15302/J-FASE-2014040

Abstract: Melanoblasts originating from neural crest cells can migrate through the mesenchyme of the developed embryo and give rise to melanocytes. Unlike the melanocytes that are confined to the integument in other vertebrates, melanocytes in Silky Fowl can reach the ventral regions of the embryos owing to differences in gene expression in the process of melanoblasts migration. In this study, we used microarray profiling to identify differences in gene expression between White Leghorn and Silky Fowl. Differential expression of 2517 microarray probes ( <0.01, Fold Change>2) was observed in Silky Fowl compared to White Leghorn. After filtration by cluster analysis, functional annotation and pathway analysis, eight differentially expressed genes were identified to be closely related to the development of melanocytes. Moreover, differences in expression of immune genes were also detected between Silky Fowl and White Leghorn. The differentially expressed genes associated with melanocyte development were verified by q-PCR, and results were highly consistent with the microarray data. The genes with significantly altered expression involved in melanoblast migration and development suggested that different microenvironments resulted in the abnormal melanoblast migration in Silky Fowl, although there were no big differences in melanoblast development between these two breeds. The candidate genes discovered in this study are beneficial to understand the molecular mechanism of hyperpigmentation in Silky Fowl.
